Step 2 - Let's take a look at your prescription

Prescription Strength Determines Material Selection

Looking at your prescription, examine the numbers reading from left to right.
Example:   -2.25 -0.75 x 125
minus two twenty five
minus seventy five
axis one twenty five
The first number -2.25 is the sphere power
The second number -0.75 is the cylinder power
The third number 125 is the cylinder axis
(the x represents axis)
